Dinner at the Dryburgh is served either in the Abbey Bistro or Tweed Restaurant. A delicious à la carte menu is served Sunday to Thursday, and a tantalising table d'hôte menu is served on a Friday and Saturday.

Dining at the Dryburgh Abbey Hotel is all about indulging in delicious food and fine wine. This emphasis is very much on high quality, fresh seasonal produce with many items sourced locally (some from within yards in the Kitchen Garden). These are used to provide dishes which capture a traditional style of cooking and love for Scottish Cuisine.

Presentation is thoughtful and shows imagination, while service is friendly and efficient.
