Scottish Borders Hotel Restaurant

The Dryburgh 's Tweed Restaurant has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment.  This warm and contemporary restaurant overlooking the River Tweed provides the perfect setting for the very best Scottish cuisine

In addition to the exciting refurbishment Dryburgh Abbey Hotel would like to introduce new Head Chef Mark Greenaway and his team.  Bringing Mark and his team on board is a major step towards making the Dryburgh Abbey Hotel the best destination for food and drink in the Scottish Borders.

Our new exciting 8 course Dinner Menu captures Mark's unique style of cooking and love for modern Scottish Cuisine.  Guests are invited to choose from a wide and varied menu featuring only the best seasonal ingredients, organic where possible, which are carefully sourced from local suppliers.  The Restaurant maintains a varied wine cellar containing more than 100 international wines.  Each wine is personally hand picked and updated to ensure they compliment the current cuisine.

In November 2008, Dryburgh opened the 'Abbey Bar' which offers all visitors to the Hotel a terrific all day dining experience.
